One of Chester’s hidden gems and well-loved amongst locals and visitors alike
Tucked away in a city centre side street, Commonhall Street Social is one of Chester’s hidden gems. Well-loved amongst locals and visitors alike, this quirky bar’s emphasis is (as the name suggests) on bringing people together through food and drink.
Tuck into some of their sharing social snacks, delicious burgers or loaded fries. If it’s a tipple you’re after, behind the bar you’ll find a variety of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails and wines.
To the outside, there is a secluded terrace, with a ping-pong table and chilled out environment including heaters for when the weather is cooler and a BBQ for the summer months.
They’re dog friendly too, and if you pay a visit on a Sunday, your canine can dine for free!
