The Olive Tree Brasserie is an independently owned group of restaurants from young entrepreneur Dean Wilson. Since opening the first restaurant in 2007 – all venues across the north west have become well known upmarket destinations for Greek and Mediterranean food.
Serving traditional Greek cuisine and a selection of Mediterranean dishes with their own modern twists, The Olive Tree Brasserie aim to provide diners with an exceptional dining experience, sourcing all ingredients locally as well as from Greek suppliers.
The staff are passionate about quality and service and are trained thoroughly to the highest standard to ensure customers receive the most professional and friendly experience possible.
Indulge in a wide choice of menus, from the meze banquet and a la carte menu to lunch and Sunday roasts. Daily specials include gluten free options plus an extensive wine and cocktail menu, there’s definitely something for everyone.
