Brand new Bar & Restaurant in rural Cheshire is now open

What a beautiful place!

Stepping into The Dining Room at Gifford Lea in Tattenhall is a wonderful surprise.

This gorgeous space sits within the stunning Gifford Lea Inspired Village in Tattenhall, but everyone is welcome here as The Dining Room runs as an independent bar and restaurant, open five days a week including weekends.

Food & Beverage Manager Genesis Valenzuela is well known, and equally well thought of in Cheshire’s food & drink industry – and he has put together a great dining venue, along with Head Chef Dominic Ash who has spent many years creating mouth watering menus at some of the UK’s best restaurants.

Together they run The Dining Room, and we can’t recommend this gorgeous new venue highly enough. No expense has been spared on this brand spanking new place, and every detail has been considered thoughtfully. Its as elegant as it is comfortable with striking, colorful art, gorgeous fresh flowers and top of the range crockery and cutlery.

The food is also excellent – Dom uses only the best sustainable produce, as local as he can get it and market fresh every day, and like we do – he believes in supporting local business wherever possible. Recipes are kept simple which results in classic, well prepared dishes. Health & wellbeing are crucial to the menus here and the food is kept as natural as possible and is bursting with nutrients.

The Dining Room menus are as varied as they are tempting and perfectly accompanied by a superb wine list – both are great value too.

In addition there is also a bistro serving delicious drinks and snacks – a bar serving great cocktails and a semi-private dining, conference and meeting space which can seat around 30 guests.

The restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch (which we hear is superb btw!).
