Those who find themselves in need of a quick bite to eat can enjoy some beautiful food, whereby the chefs select the finest ingredients and prepare them to the highest of standards by using a variety of methods, including a unique Josper oven which results in dishes with beautiful flavours. Some of the dishes that someone might find to eat include a range of signature casseroles like slow cooked ox tail, or even traditional dishes like a wedge of cheese and onion pie, made with a selection of cheeses and fresh onions. To finish guests may want to try one of The Swan’s most popular dishes of a Chester Pudding, which is a take on a traditional lemon tart, topped with creamy Italian meringue, served with raspberry sorbet and finished with lemon and lime zest.
Food served Monday to Saturday from 7am until 10pm and Sundays from 8am until 8pm
